By displaying all listings in the MLS on your office website, you can provide a better service to your clients and buyers searching the local area for all listings. This keeps them on your office website since they can see every listing, both yours and all other agents in the MLS. This results in you capturing more leads, even from other competing agents’ listings. United Country has multiple options for you to display all of your local MLS listings on your office website. If you are a member of more than one MLS, you can also expand your display to include several MLS searches as desired.

There is a specific process that we will need you to follow to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed for the integration and that you are compliant with your MLS to offer this broader search capability to your clients. There is no setup fee and options range from free ($0), $105 or $140 per month depending on the selections and features you choose. (To see option details please visit the IDX section on Bullseye.) If you choose a paid option, this is a pass-through fee that goes directly to our MLS integration vendor for their hosting fee for technology development from your MLS to your website and technology services for on-going MLS integration. Getting your site fully Integrated with your local MLS(s) takes 2 – 3 weeks on average, but can vary based on responsiveness of your office and your MLS.
